You must read Henry Wadsworth Longfellows' poem The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere. I remember having to memorize it when I was in school and it is an easy way to remember a lot of historical information.
And to help with the questions you might be interested in this site which discusses the biography of Paul Revere. He did indeed make it to Concord and was joined on the trip by a second horseman William Dawes. Once in Concord they were joined by a third horseman Dr. Samuel Prescott. All 3 were to be arrested by British patrol. Check out the route that was taken to Concord. |

THIS site may help you a bit on determine what his ride entailed (they claim this is what "really" happened). In addition - if you click on the purple link that is titled "graphic organizer" - it will bring you to Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's interpretation of the events.
Hope this is helpful! ~Lydia |
