I have been trying to remember the exact wording and the speaker of a quote about our responsibility to stand up for the right thing. I think the speaker was an English government member by the name of Edward or Edmond Burk or Burns. To paraphrase his statement, it went something like this: "All that is required for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing." Can anyone give me the exact wording and the speakers correct name?

Thanks for the confirmation. And thanks for putting me on to Stewards of the Earth. I'll be retiring to the mountains of North Carolina soon. My son lives up there and we are all environmentalists. And spiritual. We'll probably check this group out.
