1/4 pound ground beef
1 potato, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 sheet heavy-duty aluminum foil
salt & pepper to taste

Shape beef into patty; place in the center of foil w/ potato, carrot and onion. Sprinkle w/ salt & pepper, if desired. Fold foil over and seal well; place on a baking sheet. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minuets.

Yield- 1 serving.

Note: Dinner may also be grilled, covered, over medium coals for 45-60 minuets or until potato is tender.
