6 cups zucchini peeled, seeded, and grated 1/2 cup water 6 cups sugar 2 TBSP lemon juice 20 ounce can crushed pineapple 6 OZ. box apricot jello
Combine zucchini and water, bring to a boil for 6 minutes. Drain. Add sugar, lemon juice, and pineapple. Boil 6 minutes. Add box of jello and boil another 2 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
