Many of my friends are telling me that my husband and I shouldn't worry about getting my daughter a wedding gift as paying for the wedding is considered to be the gift. I don't know if thats true or not but the fact is that I want to get her and her fiance a gift either way. Any unique suggestions?

What are their shared interests? If they both like to go camping, then a good tent or other camping equipment would be nice. If they are both into music or movies, a nice CD/DVD storage cabinet or rack might be suitable. I'd be glad to try for more ideas if you want to e-mail me a little more background. Cheers
