Yesterday I won a Haden stick blender, see here

I have no idea what to use it for. I quite fancy making soups etc with it, but I hate cooking and don't want to spend any length of time in the kitchen.

Any ideas? I thought there would have been a recipe leaflet with it but there isn't.
