Not according to this site. It says that quote: The hydrochloric acid [in your stomach] would kill the yeast in raw bread dough. Without yeast, the dough can't produce carbon dioxide, so it can't rise -- in your stomach or otherwise.
Our food nutritionist friends don't recommend munching on raw bread dough, though. Besides tasting funny, uncooked bread dough is hard to digest. Raw dough is barely touched before it slides into the large intestine. Bacteria there can do the job, but plug your nose -- it will give you a lot of gas!
