Well, you can legally download an entire album usually for $9.99 on sites like Rhapsody or stuff like .95 cents per month at sites like this.. e-bay and half.com often have pretty cheap CDs, too (even with shipping I've heard). It'd probably be easier to know what the CDs are that you're looking for. Often times if you can't find the CDs on sites like amazon, you can find it on the artist's websites. For other sites, I've heard people liking a lot of different ones. You've probably tried amazon. Try cduniverse.com. If still no, I can list tons more.

I would suggest the old stand-bys: Barnes and Nobel and Amazon, as well as Overstock. You can get H.I.M. or CKY in both places. You can also often get deals with free shipping if you order a certain amount or a certain number of items.
