Have any of you ever seen those stupid infomercials of Don LaPre?

Have any of you ever tried one of his products and found out you'd been deceived?

How can the media allow deception to be broadcast over the air?

I would assume it's probably revenue for the stations that broadcast the junk.

Have any of you ever been ripped off by this type of deceptive advertising?

Your feedback is most welcome!

I think that anyone who has bought a product that has been advertised on TV could potentially be "ripped off". The media doesn't back any of these companies - at the beginning of infomercials, they distance themselves by saying that "this is not an endorsement of the product". Doesn't matter if it's 30 minutes for a paid infomercial or a 30 second commercial, it's not the station who is selling the product and they are not responsible for anything that they sell.

As for Don LaPre himself, I've seen plenty of bad press about what he's offering - a scam, at best. Here's a little info you might find informative about Don Lapre

That link will give you lots of background on him as well as other links...one includes former "customers"...

You know the old saying...if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!!!
