I have a glass block window inside my shower. There is a small window which opens and underneath that I have a small tension curtain rod. The size of my window curtain is 2-1/2" wide by 2" long. (I have the curtain on the lower half of the window) Where can I buy a window curtain this size?
I had someone sew my current one but it is cloth and I have to keep bleaching it. I really want to find a vinyl one.

Actually you can have your sewing of vinyl done by the same person who did the last one. The hem is simply a turn-up, it doesn't need a double-turn as does fabric. And the top side that goes over the rod just needs one row of stitching, too. But two rows, making a casing, looks better, I think.
Or you could leave it unhemmed: just use those little snap-on clips you can buy in a fabric store. But it would look better with some weight at the bottom to cause it to drape nicely. I have used stainless steel chain sewn into the bottom hem for this purpose.
(I assume you meant 2 1/2 feet x 2 feet?)

I wouldn't do it in my bathroom because vinyl curtains would trap dampness between the curtain and the glass, and mold might develop. That would lead to needing to use disinfectants (which I avoid on principle). But in a very well-ventilated bathroom I'm sure it would be fine.
Aesthetically since I think glass block is beautiful and a curtain would interfere with the play of light, I wouldn't cover it. But of course it's just a matter of personal taste.

I had a glass block window in my shower in my last place. No curtain needed. Just make sure you keep it caulked and grouted properly. I really liked my glass block window.
