Well, if you're not having any luck online with Ebay and whatever else you've tried, I would suggest this:
For whatever reason, the Jack has become a bit of fad in fashion, I see a lot of Americans wearing it on their shirts and sweaters and stuff, so if you go into any mall and visit some of the teen-clothing shops, you should be bale to find something with it on there.
A better suggestion would be (because you want the words UK under it) would be to go to Walmart. Go to the school supply/computer paper section. Buy some transfer paper, either for dark clothes or light. Go to the men's section and grab a pack of plain white t-shirts, or black, or if you can find a plain white/black shirt in the women's section, even better. You know so it fits to your body better. Either way. Go home, get on your computer. Go to Google Image Search, type in "Union Jack", and find a picture of one. Save it, bring it up in a photo editing program, pick your font and type what you want and stick it anywhere. Print it out on a piece of paper first so you know what it'll look like, and then stick a piece of transfer paper in your printer, and then when you have the transfer, stick it where you want on your shirt and follow the directions.
Now, some people don't like doing this for their own reasons; they'd rather have store-bought clothes and blabbity blab. I love it because I'm one of those mad musicaholics, and finding shirts with all the bands I like on em is hard and bloody expensive. You can make shirts with pics of your family on them if you wanted and all sorts of stuff. You can even find pocket t's, and find like a little "The Beatles" logo and stick that on the pocket, and then put a picture of the four on the back.
If you decide to go with the transfer idea and need some help, email me, I'll give you a sample and you can see what you think. And by the way, you can use these transfers on any kind of material, so it goes for sweatshirts, too. I highly recommend it. It's cheaper, and you can make it as subtle or artsy fartsy as you want. Good luck.
