Is there a 4-slice toaster on the market that really toasts evenly AND lasts more than a couple years?! Have tried Krups and Toastmaster. Don't want to spend $200-300.
We just bought a KitchenAid that does 4 slices, has a bagel control that does inside and outside differently. I don't know how long it will last, but so far we are satisfied with how it toasts white, whole wheat, and bagels. I don't think it was over $60.00. We got it at Bed,Bath & Beyond.
