Have you ever used a backpack purse? Do you like it?

The purses I see have such a little strap I can barely get it over my shoulder. The others are so BIG they are like carrying a little luggage bag.

I really like a medium size purse but the styles are terrible.

What is the best purse you have and what is the style of it?

Clare, my favorite ever purse was a leather satchel I found in a camera shop! It was about 12x9x4, with two outside pockets that were meant to hold about three film cannisters each, and a few photo sized dividers inside....I was soooo bummed when it was damaged beyond saving!
Try looking in luggage stores and camera shops instead of regular clothing or shoe stores, or for a silly, fun bag, check out the school supply aisle for a kid size backback or book bag...Also, office supply places like Staples or Office Depot have some great stuff....briefcases, computer bags, document folios and organizers that serve as great purses. I agree that the last few years crops of purse designs have been awful, but travel and business accessories do not change as much as "fashion" stuff does...good luck!

I tend to be a pack rat, so I carry a large purse with lots of pockets. I like to go prepared for just about everything. My favorite handbag store is in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. I used to go every year.

I don't like the back pack purses and I don't like big purses. I carry smaller purses with long shoulder straps.
