I purchased 2 Auto Cools in June. As reported before me the product is a piece of junk and a scam. I got a return address: Merchandise Direct, 400 Fullfillment Circle, Wallingford, CT 06494 and was told that upon receipt of the product they would credit my credit card. So here it is Aug and the charge was not credited. I called the 800-372-4729 number and was told they never received the product back. When I mailed them back I didnt' get a return receipt request from the post office so I have no tracking. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company so we will see what happens.

I ordered the Auto Cool Air Vent using the number supplied on the TV commercial. I repeatedly stated "NO" when asked if I wanted two sets shipped. Two sets were shipped anyway.
For a $15 item I was billed over $50 prior to my receiving the shipment. I am mailing all back and requesting a refund. What a ripoff!
No contact phone numbers, no bill in shipment, no fax number - NOTHING.

Just got off the telephone calling the customer service # that is given out after calling the posted 800 number shown on the website.... 800-686-1722.. Male answered phone... Oriental sounding voice... I complained that the shipment lacked the Free hot packs that was offered on the website: Receive two reusable hot packs and Dr. William Grosso's guide to pain free back.... Was told that there was no free book and they had nothing to do with the Website... They were only a fulfillment house called Merchandise Direct in Wallingford Ct ....I must wait and check by my Debt Card statement as i suspect Fraud...after reading information appearing on infomercial scams.com.....Our company also uses the Internet for sellling our Products and has never handled Customer Service issues as this company has chosen to do.... I wonder if there really is a Dr. Grosso - if so he is very careless on how his name is being using to perpetuate this type of fraud... J.R.

You won't find it because it's listed under Fosdick Corporation. I know it's Fosdick because of the zip code. Only Fosdick's mail goes to 06494; the rest of Wallingford is 06492.
