Honilov, the easiest way is to use the box marked URL (third from the left immediately above the box you type your post in.
When you click on the box a drop down menu will appear. Copy and paste the URL of the site you are linking to in the top box titled
URL, and the title you wish to give your link (to save a long URL deforming the page) in the second space marked
Title.Using that method a link to this thread would appear as
