That never has been the policy, Scotty. As I said in my original post about the thread you are referring to, I had temporarily removed the thread whilst I edited posts that had contravened the rules ( that has always been site policy). I had posted a warning that the thread may be missing for some time, as I hadn't been alerted immediately to the many rule contraventions in it, so the sheer volume of them would involve quite a lot of work. However, apart from yourself everyone else asked for the thread to remain off the boards, so I have complied with the majority. quote:

Not at all, as a look around the site will confirm. I enjoy reading a well worded debate between people of totally differing viewpoints, but I do not enjoy replies that sink to the level of personal insults. That is not good debating. |
