The one I lack the most...probably give more. I'm a little more minimal than I could be. I can be rather inactive in doing stuff for others. But I help out people every now and then. I'm exceptionally good at the others though.

I think in general it's good to not have many major expectations. But is it possible to have literally none? I think as long as your liberal and light about what you expect, you could be good with some expectations. I think the main thing is that you learn how to make your expectations light, think rationally about them, don't occupy oneself too much by focusing on a single expectation, and being able to bounce back easily or alter your feelings about your expectations. But yeah, for the things that people worry about the most, their expectations could be avoided. Don't worry about how things will turn out. Just wait and see.

frankly...i think its possible to have no expectations AT ALL....people who live in their own world usually never expect anything from anyone...one can also learn not to expect anything...as in some people expect something from somebody and they disappoint them...if this happens a lot of time...later people wont really expect not only from the person who disappointed them but also the others...

I lack the second .. worries part. Well worries about the wrongs that I have done and cannot undo them. That does not lead to a heart filled with hatred... but rather a depressed heart.
Even though my relegion tells me not to be depressed... some things arent always in ur control.

Peace.

I lack the Live simply; Expect less one. I'm not as minimalistic as I'd like to be.

Amna, that is such an interesting POV that you have posted, in that "happy" must surely be a sub-set of other rules?

I dont know what they are right now, but open this up for further discussion, something along the lines like the 6-rules of life & living

Love yourself first
Love and respect life within your world
Live life to the fullest, since your human lifetime here is short
Do not expect that life exists (physically or spiritually) after your human body dies
Do not question your existence here, or the purpose of your being here
Remember always that your life can end at any instance at any time

it is not solemn, it is life, just live it
