Does anyone have any first hand experience with any of these medical alert companies? A neighbor has had a stroke and cannot speak very well and his wife is sort of afraid to leave him alone for fear that if something happened he couldn't communicate w/ 911. Any experiences - good or bad would be appreciated. Thanks!
