What was your best vacation? I went to DisneyWorld in April and had a fantastic time. Now I would like to hear about your vacations and get some ideas about what to plan for next year.

My family and I went on vacation last year. We started at the Ripley's wax museum in Arlington Texas, and went to the Natural Bridge Caverns, and the San Antonio Zoo and finally we spent a day at Sea World. It was great fun, except for when I rode the Great White roller coaster with my teen-aged son. I hated it and I will never ride one of those things again! It was a four day trip, all in all as we spent an entire day at the Zoo, and we also toured the Alamo while we were in San Antonio, and the riverwalk was very nice as well.

My favorite was the First time we rented a beach house with my cousin's family in Mexico Beach, Florida. We were just yards from the water! And there was the Miracle Strip in Panama City! Mostly, I really enjoyed visiting with my cousins - they're the warmest people I know!

How could I forget? The first time I came to Mobile to visit my Dad, my Mom came to get me and we went back to Houston - by way of Denver! We went to the Battlefield Memorials at Vicksburg, Mississippi; the diamond mine in Murfreesboro, Arkansas; hunted ancestors in the Oklahoma panhandle; went camping in Denver (where my brother then lived); found out we have a canyon in Texas - Palo Duro! And on back home! I'm grateful to have been able to see all those sites for myself! America truly rocks!

Best vacation ever for me was when I was a youngun at the tender age of 17. My family took us to Disney World for a week.. but the whole "educational trip" took over 3 weeks all over between Pennsylvania and Florida during the school year in January. I will never forget it.

my fav vacation was this year...a lil before memorial day my mom took me and my lil bro to stone harbor, NJ. its the cutest lil town ever! its sooo small that u can just walk around and go into all the stores they have. plus the beach was soo relaxing, it was chilly outside, most of the time i wore my sweatshirt and jeans, but the clouds and the water...hm it was wonderful.
also, every year my family has a get together of all the kids in the fam and we have a 'summer camp' type of thing...its sooo much fun! we go to amusment parks, camping, canoeing, tubing, horse riding, hiking, swimming. its like every fun activity packed into a week, its awsome!

I have been to Cancun,Mexico it was a blast, but I heard that it has been taken over by college kids, haven't been there in about 6 years. I would like to try Puerto Vallarta or in that area.
I took my niece she was 5 years old and I could take her everywhere with me ,my family had a blast, so much to do and eat.
