SeattleRon: You have general anxiety about what is going on in the world, and you are attempting to confront what you think you should have: specific anxiety about what is going on in your life. This is not necessarily logical: none of us need be suffering a kind of overwhelming fallout of fear from a seemingly frighteningly chaotic world.
Also, you have not identified with any one specific religion as one which can calm you in the midst of uncertainty. Yet, since you can see that others have their acts together enough to cope, when you are awake you confront the world being more fearful of fear itself than being fearsome yourself.
In your sleep you seem to be testing yourself, but you are coming along all right, whether in your sleep or when you are awake. Maybe you just need to make some specific goals so that you are in control of what you can control.

Maybe you have a bit of low self-esteem, more than a crippling anxiety, due to such factors as not having made a new friend lately or not having achieved anything interesting lately. So maybe you can discuss with your therapist something new to get you out more and reaching some new goals.

tsaeb, I'm down to limited income and very limited means right now. I just started working at Boeing, but in the midst of taking the 160 hour unpaid training course. Boeing money is the kind of money I've been wanting to make for a while legitimately. I'm just down lately for not being able to live it up. I've really depleted my bank account, and been dipping into my savings. I won't bore you with details much more than that, but I just don't like when my friends want to go out and I can no longer afford it, and they want to spot me cash. They're always telling me Ronchie Boy we've partied at your house countless times in your full bar, it's payback time.I appreciate it, but I was never that way. Nobody should owe me a favor to party with me, I love doing it. Even though they're my good friends, I don't want anybody thinking they owe me something for partying with me.It's unusual to me to have to get spotted money. It's stressful. Dreams I guess always tell the truth about whats going on.
Thanks for listening Tsaeb
