Sometimes when I am in bed, I am not actually sleeping but lying awake and thinking about those things to which I should have attended during my awake time. Try to monitor whether you are not in deep sleep but only obsessing or getting anxious over what you did not do but should have done.

I think we all have dreams that seem like déjà vu, or that we later look back on and interpret as prophetic. Some might well be, or at least seem that way when looked at in the light of later events. But then, sometimes your subconscious could be using your dreams as a way to tell you things you need to know, or to get you to realize things you already know but do not yet know that you know. It's perfectly possible that you have tapped into something which enables you to see further through your dreams than others see in their waking moments. I wouldn't worry about it. If people react negatively to you when you tell them about your dreams, I would recommend holding back and not telling people what you see, unless not telling someone might cause harm to come to them. You could start writing down your dreams that seem particularly meaningful, and then go back to them later if an even actually happens and add a notation to that effect. Then, if people confront you with doubts or asking for proof, you can have it handy. But don't ever feel like you need to prove yourself or your abilities to anyone else. You are not a circus sideshow. If you do have an ability, it is for you and you alone and no one else needs to approve or accept or understand it. Pay attention to your dreams, but try not to obsess about them. Like I said in my other post, sometimes a dream really is just a dream and it's your subconscious' way of sorting through the event of the day in a way that may mean absolutely nothing to you when you wake up. If your dreams are helpful to you, then by all means, listen to them. And if your boyfriend reacts negatively, or calls you names that insult you, then you can pull out your dream record and remind him of the time you didn't get pulled over or you remembered to lock the door or you reminded him to do something that saved him a lot of trouble. He may not understand your ability, but I'm sure he can come to appreciate it, if it helps him out as well. If not, well, then that's another topic entirely... Truly, I wish you the best of luck and hope you can find a balance between listening to your subconscious and not letting it overwhelm you. Good luck! Blessed be.
