What you need is a tax booklet which includes withholding tables of state and city taxes withheld by employers from employees' gross pay. You should be able to find this publication on your state government's tax website.
Beware that if you want a published copy from your state government, you should wait until a new one is printed next year, because the present year's supply is likely out, and you can flip a coin as to whether someone will take the time or even be allowed to take the time to print one off the computer for you, something which you can do for yourself. Also, at this time of year, you might be asked for an employer's ID number, which I doubt you have, since you seem to be an employee only.
