The Internet Movie Database does not show that it is avaiable. I think your only hope is that someone recorded it, but I suspect that is unlikely.

I also went to the same spot that Dorian posted from for How I Spent My Summer Vacation". Looked for it on Ebay but only found the newer film by the same title made in 2003.
One idea --- at the bottom of this imdb site, there is a board where you can discuss this movie with others; you have to register though. Anyway maybe some one there has a copy of this movie. NBC was the network that aired this flick, perhaps you could write to them and ask if there are any available copies.
