Steve Irwin, The Crocodile Hunter, died of a sting ray attack while filming a show.

Here is a man who died, who loved what he was doing. He had a zeal for life that many can only dream of. It is a shame he died before his time.

Cricky! I know my son is going to miss him. He imitates him all the time.

My granddaughter watched him at lot on Nickelodeon and Animal Planet. Irwin was tremendous with his education of so many different types of animals to kids -- and adults. How ironic that a sting ray which is usually considered a passive and gentle animal would be his demise.
