Does anyone know a good site which explains how to read a barometer?

My baraometer is dropping...and the radar shows rain to the south. Does this mean I may get some?

You're barometer may be dropping a wee bit, but it doesn't indicate any heavy rains coming, as there are no major storms around. You might see a brief thundershower around, but it will stay hot around 90 for the next few days or more. Sometimes the temp will drop a few degrees just before and during a thunderstorm, as the colder air aloft forces its way downward and pushes the hot air upward, but in this case, don't expect any cool weather for any significant time in the near future.
