Is it possible for a layer of cross-bedded strata to show graded bedding as well?

Cross-bedding of sedimentary rock occurs when the strata is laid down at an angle that is other than horizontal and is often associated with sand dune deposits.

Graded bedding describes a condition where the individual layers of strata exhibit gradiation of coarseness from top to bottom with the coarsest grains on the bottom and the finest on top. Formations with graded bedding are associated with turbidity current (under water landslides) deposits these are formed because the largest particles are deposited first from the turbid water created by an under-water landslide followed by progressively finer grains.

Graded bedding is always laid down on the horizontal while cross-bedding is at an angle to the horizontal.

So to answer your question it is not possible for a layer of cross-bedded strata to show graded bedding as well.
