Nope. The line of succession is as follows, according to the Presidential Succession Act of 1947:
The Vice President Speaker of the House President pro tempore of the Senate Secretary of State Secretary of the Treasury Secretary of Defense Secretary of the Interior Secretary of Agriculture Secretary of Commerce Secretary of Labor Secretary of Health and Human Services Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Secretary of Transportation Secretary of Energy Secretary of Education Secretary of Veterans Affairs Secretary of Homeland Security
The actual succession of any one individual depends on his or her meeting all the Constitutional requirement of the Presidency. Offhand, I think those are: at least 35 years of age, a natural-born citizen of the US, and not having served more than 1 and 1/2 previous terms as President (6 years).

Well, how about this scenario: Cheney has a heart attack and dies and Condaleeza (sp?) Rice is appointed Vice president - a la Gerald Ford is appointed to replace Spiro Agnew. Then George W. is assasinated or dies from apoplexy or fit of pique. Don't we get our first black, female president??

Well I was trying to think of the most likely scenerio that would result in both President and Vice President dead. An illness or an accident may not be shocking enough to knock Chenies old ticker out of whack enough to kill him, but if Bush was assasignated well then the shock could be just too much.
