Can anyone provide a fair source about who has the best "Health care plan reform" between the two , in the next elections?

"Best" is a subjective term, though, isn't it?
Project Vote Smart may help you find out more about the positions and platforms of Senator Obama (position on campaign website) and Senator McCain (position on campaign website).

The World Health Organization seems to think that France has the best, overall, and ranks all the others. Italy is ranked #2. The U.S is presently ranked #37 but neither Obama's nor McCain's plan confronts the obvious defect in that neither one is truly "Universal" or "Single Payer" in that so long as some people can opt out, they will. Hillary Clinton's proposal was, in my opinion, far superior than either candidates running. Are we too proud (stupid?) to imitate the leaders?

If nothing, frank, she demonstrated leadership and put far more thought into a plan that was universal.

The insurance companies have earned the honor of being replaced. I hope they are not replaced by some sort of political compromise and bureaucracy that is worse than they are. Leadership is required on the issue and I am seeing none. It has been relegated to the back burner for the fall election campaign.
