Does anyone know of any legal resources out there where I can establish whether a contract is enforceable or voidable in Florida if one of the parties is emancipated minor?
I know that this regulated by Florida "Chapter 743". But I could not access any official sites when I tried. ( there was an error message).You could try later,and type it on Google, and see if you can get any results.
