Becoming a convention delegate is as easy as 1-2-3! 1. Find out where in your neighborhood your political-party precinct caucus will be held by contacting your party leaders by telephone or online, or read your Sunday newspaper for more information. Volunteer to host your precinct caucus. It's quick and easy, and it's the best way to be elected to serve as a convention delegate. 2. Bring your family and friends with you to your precinct caucus if they also live in your precinct. They'll help elect you as a convention delegate. At your precinct caucus, volunteer to serve as a convention delegate or precinct officer. Speak up! People serve as delegates and officers often just because they're willing. 3. Attend your party conventions and speak out. Join the gay and lesbian caucus at the convention, or start a caucus for yourself and other supportive delegates. http://www.deanforaz.com/deanforaz/delegateprocess.htmI hope this helps.

Assuming you are looking for yourself and want the Ohio rules, I took a page from Sher's book and looked on the Ohio for Dean page. About 3/4 of the way down the link list on the left, click "Caucuses & Primary" ... Once you've done that, "How to become a delegate" is about halfway down the page. It appears it is too late for this year (deadline was Jan. 1st).
