I saw a website the other day that posed an interesting question - if you could kill one person and get away with the crime who would you kill? The site is called killoneperson.com but it doesn't show results. Who would you kill? Why did you choose that person? I wonder if anyone has a similar vote as me.

I don't think I've ever been so mad at someone to want to kill them. They'd have to be doing something really bad for me to believe they need to be stopped and killing them is the only way. Although there are probably people like that.

When I was young and I mean young. 14 to 19.
I seen things and been around things that I had an opportunity to witness certain things indirectly. I used to be afiliated with asian gangs. I'll never say what gang it was, but there were 100,000 members in America at the time.

Would I kill someone if I could get away with it. For 1 reason only and I wouldn't care if I got away with it or not.
If anyone messed with my family. Not just my blood family, but people I've accepted as family, for instance my god daughters, or their family.
When I say mess with, I don't mean egging their house or stealing their car. I"m tlaking hurting them physically with violence or a sexual assault way.
I would have no problem not at all a feeling of dealing with them. It wouldn't bother me.
After I did it, I wouldn't even think about it no more.

I wouldn't. The reason that I hate that person enough to kill him/her, while I may feel I know the whole story. In actuality I don't. The person who did the thing to anger me, I can't on my own judge them harshly enough to carry out the death sentence on my own.

What about rapists Leppi?
I'll never forget my "Uncle Dans" trial. ( he wasn't my uncle, that term is a friendly term used to describe a close family friend.)

When he finally got sentenced in 1996 to an insulting 6 and a half years for molesting his daughter. I was in that courtroom. her brother had fishing string tied up in a a braid, and was waiting to do it. He never made it past the second row of the courtroom.

Anyway, charges were dropped against his own son for it, and he got the 6 and a half years.
he served 3 years and 4 months. Got out and started dating a 15 year old while he was 43 years old.
He got caught and once again had to do the rest of his sentence plus 3 years, but he never made it.
"Uncle Dan" was found bludgeoned to death with a heavy instrument after lights out with a certain "male part" stuffed in his mouth.
Child Molestors are the trash of the world.

In my opinion anybody that hurts women or children is disgusting. To rape either one is absolutley wrong.
Only reason why i brought that part up is because the case was closed within 3 months after it happened....
They wrote it off as random prison violence. Nobody has challenged it, not his ex-wife, not even his own mother or grandmother.

So if you're asking me again, if a murder is justified, I just have one thing to say to you.
Murder is only justified in your own mind.
Regardless of opinion, can you live with it?
does taking someones life make you feel better?
Is it for revenge?
Is it for the passion of the moment?

For myself I don't know what happened to that guy in prison, I had nothing to do with it, but I wish I had.

Remind yourself of the following facts.

Is it worth the bottom of the offense which is
5 to 11 years on manslaughter?

11 to 16 for murder in the 3rd

or do you wanna go for the big daddy and hit up
Murder 1 for 25 to life or life or death penalty.

Or you wanna go for the instant and get the
Death Penalty for Capital Murder.

Man time is time, and it hurts bad, bad as hell, think about what you're doing before you do it kid!.
Thats for all of you. Think twice, don't pay for life for a 45 second idea.

Listen to me

yes. Some people do deserve to die. but if I shot them and got away with doing it, then no one would know why he died. If someone did something so horrible he deserved to die. I would want him punished by a court of law, everyone know his crime, and having him die openly.

There are certainly instances of people committing crimes deserving the maximum penalty, but I don't agree that the maximum penalty is death. I think that society's needs are adequately served by incarceration. When we kill someone, either legally or illegally, we may satisfy our emotional desire for revenge, but I don't think justice is best served or administered by emotional responses, especially by the person directly or indirectly affected. That is why we try as much as possible to have judgements rendered by unprejudiced juries and judges.

When we succeed in capturing and incarcerating the criminal, we have prevented his repeating the crime for which he was convicted. I know that there is imperfect implementation of any law anywhere in the world, but if we abandon the ideal because we haven't yet perfected it, how can we ever hope to reach it. Do we kill our children because we despair of ever being able to educate them, train them, prevent them from injuring themselves and others?

I guess it's obvious. I wouldn't even try to kill anyone except in self defense. I wouldn't volunteer to act as executioner of even the most despicable criminal. I can't predict under what circumstances I might act in a blind rage to kill another human, but it wouldn't be premeditated.

Yes, I would kill a fellow human being. Only in self defense or if they seriously injured (or worse) my bride. I am not talking about an accident but if someone purposely seriously hurt her I would hunt them down and kill them.

It might take years and I would do my best not to get caught Wink .

Yes. Trouble is that there's never a gun to hand when I need one (I'd have got five years jail already for having one in the house: this is Britain, remember. At least you Americans can find one if you lose your temper). And trying to beat someone to death or knifing them is so uncertain, so likely to lead to my conviction and ,worst, so messy. I'd absolutely hate to have blood on this linen suit, my dears, and so have to burn it. Absolutely ghastly and such a waste !

Yes, there's a set of people I would kill if I could get away with it. It's baby rapers, and those who pander to them.

Fred, you integue me. Would you use the Bentley or the Skoda to dispose of the body? The Bentley would obviously me more suitable, but would your driver ever be able to get the blood out of the inside of the boot?
Linen suit? I need a photograph of you, because until I have evidence to the contrary, I picture you as Peter Ustinov in Death on the Nile Big Grin

Back to the question:
I had a bad day at work, and I'm in the mood to dispense with lots of people today. My first victims will probably be anyone who set foot in the library this afternoon, and asked me a ridiculous question. I don't care if I get caught.
Tomorrow's another day, and I'll be nice again.Smile

I haven't really felt the urge to kill someone yet, but I WOULD kill in self defense. I KNOW if anyone would hurt my children (rape, etc) and the criminal didn't get any punishment (jail time, etc) for it, I think I would be strongly tempted to take matters into my own hands.

One of the farm vehicles. Nobody should think twice about a farm vehicle having blood in it Smile The Skoda would do too: the inside of that would accommodate a corpse without anyone knowing, if the present state of the inside is anything to go by. I think if we dig down through the strata of rubbish therein we might reach the early Pleistocene. Roll Eyes

Maybe. If I knew that the future would be wonderfuller and better and brighter if this person died, maybe. If they had grievously injured someone I love and hadn’t been brought to justice, maybe. But if they’re just an annoying jackalope, maybe I could just talk them out of being stupid?
