Thank you! Were there any who were elected directly from mayor to President, and who were not , at one time, governors?

The only U. S. Presidents to serve as mayors were the aforementioned Grover Cleveland, in Buffalo, NY from 1881 - 1883; Andrew Johnson, in Greeneville, Tennessee, from 1830 - 1833; and Calvin Coolidge, in Northampton, Massachusetts, from 1910 - 1911. None were mayor just before being elected President of the United States.
