- 7 of their staff have been arrested for fraud
- 8 of their staff have been arrested for theft, shop lifting
- 19 of their staff were accused of issuing bank checks without having a balance in their accounts
- 71 of their staff cannot receive credit cards because of their bad financial reputation
- 117 of their staff have “announced” their bankruptcy at least twice because of financial problems
- 29 of their staff have been accused of abusing their wives
- 21 of their staff have been accused in miscellaneous criminal cases
- 84 of their staff were arrested for driving while the influence of alcohol
- 14 of their staff were arrested for charges related to illegal Drugs
- 3 of their staff were arrested for charges related to physical abuse

That organization is the American Congress."

While some of it may be technically true, it is not the current count of the current Congress.

From what is true, it is taken as a whole from all Congress' since the first one.

The numbers change slightly from each retelling.

I saw this for the first time some years ago, I'm sure the Muslim discussion board is not where it originated, and I'm sure that it is not in regard to the current congress.

However, politics requires the kind of character willing to stretch the rules to get to the top of the heap. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that other houses have been worse than this.

I've seen that a couple of times (mostly as an e-mail forward, so it must be true! right?). I have to say that if it were true, it would not surprise me in the least. However, as has been mentioned, the numbers are not accurate and the actions do not (all) apply to our current Congress.
