I know this sounds strange, but how long after your first period does it take for your breasts to grow,I started my first period when i was 14 with an AA cup.How long would it take for them to grow into an A cup? 3-4 mths for example.

It takes a little longer than that. It's all a matter of hormones. By the time you are 17 you should be nicely set up. Be patient. And if you don't end up with much, remember, lots of people think small breasts are great, and they'll work just as well as the big ones. big grin

Cattywampus is right; everyone develops at a different rate.

My best friend never did grow out of an 'A' cup, but she's one of the most beautiful and popular women I know. smile

It definately depends upon the person. I was a DD by the time I was 15. My older sister still isn't out of a B, and she's 30. My youngest sister will be luck if she needs a training bra. However, your body makes itself porportioned. I am sure no matter what size your breasts are you will look great!

Every woman is different. Some are C cups before they even start their periods, some remain A cups their whole lives. I didn't notice any significant change after I began my period. In fact, I didn't notice anything until I went on birth control and suddenly it was like "whoa! where'd these things come from??" ...But that's NOT why I went on b.c. and is not a reason to go on it either.
My point is, everyone is different. When your breasts are ready to grow, they'll grow.

I got married at 19 and was a A cup. At 20 I got pregnant and went to a D cup before my 3rd month. After the babies were done breastfeeding, I stayed at a B cup. So you might not get much more than what you have now. By the time you are finished in high school and go on to the much more important "relationship" zone (college) you should be fully developed and that is what your going to have (at least until children come along). Be patient they will grow in time.
