Not that I have personal experiences with this, but I'm told by a doctor friend of mine, that no, implants should not interfere with mamograms.

In fact he tells me, that if they're done right, and if the post surgery care is thorough, then implants should have little impact on the recipients life, this includes breast sensitivity & breast feeding.

It depends to a degree on the way the implants are placed, and the skill of the xray people. In nearly all cases nowadays the implants are placed behind the pectoralis muscle, and with proper manipulation, a mammogram can be done with no interference. In some cases, the very deepest part of the breast may not be seen well. Some techniques of implant placement which are rarely used currently indeed made mammography very difficult and less accurate.
