I recently did my blood sugar (my son is type one diabetic so i have a glucometer), i am not diabetic but my sugar was a little high 7.7 it came down a couple hrs.later and the next day three times they were normal, i'm 49 could going through the change affect blood sugars.

Yes, fluctuating hormone levels (particularly insulin), such as during menopause, can cause glucose levels to fluctuate. I don't know how fast or to what degree is normal and what is cause for concern.
