Use a concealer with a yellow undertone and 1 shade lighter than your skin color. The yellow undertone balances out the olive complexion that so many Latino's have. Now the best way to apply a concealer is to use a small brush and brush under the eyes. Personally I only a brush when I am applying powder under the eyes but makeup artists will tell you to use a brush. It gets concealer up under the lashes and in tiny crevices. Once applied, use the ring finger-tip to tap the foundation into the skin. Never pull or rub as skin around the eyes is very thin and delicate. And you use the ring finger because it is one of the weaker fingers of the hand. Tap the concealer in until it is well blended. Now use your finishing powder to set the concealer (and foundation if you decide to use that) You will want a translucent setting powder - Corn Silk is my favorite. Use a powder puff and press under the eyes totally covering the concealer. Then use a soft powder brush to brush off the excess. Hope this helps

Thanks Honi A little more information for you LatinaChica, that I failed to mentioned in my previous post. Whatever concealer you use, check the label for a product that is noncomedogenic which means it won't clog pores. And by translucent setting powder I mean one that has no color. You know, you could cut out one step all together if you used a powder foundation to achieve the look. Bare Escentuals is one of the best all natural powder foundations out there and you could use that under your eyes as a concealer. Loreal actually makes a very similar product called Bare Natural that I have started to use. It's about half the price of Bare Escentuals and in my opinion works as well (you can get the best deal at Target but sometimes CVS will have a sale) I use number 456 under my eyes, apply it with a small flat brush. It covers imperfections, dark circles, and freckles. But to get the maximum coverage you need to use a flat sponge (I use the one from my covergirl ultimate finish foundation compact) You can apply Loreal Bare Natural all over your face for a very smooth and natural coverage (I'm using 460 now because I didn't get my summer tan so I am much lighter than normal). Also a added bonus tip, use a light moisturizer before applying any makeup so you can get the ultimate smooth application. If you have any further questions, I will be glad to try to answer them for you.
