I heard that you should wear eye make up that brings out your eyes not clothes. Is this true? Also, what colors looks the best for Hazel eye color? Thanks a bunch!

You are absolutely correct.. always apply make-up to enhance your eyes and features rather than your clothing.

How to apply eye makeup Choosing and applying eye shadow

For example:

I have hazel eyes and auburn hair; I usually use a bronze (brownish) colored eyeliner. It seems to be a earth-toned match.

This depends on your hair color, I believe. I have hazel eyes and black hair, so my eyelashes and eyebrows are also black. I use an extremely dark brown eye liner with deep khaki and deep rose eye shadow. It seem to work well.
