Should (god forbid) the President, Vice-President, and Speaker of the House die, the representative of what state would take over the Presidency? (In other words, who is the next in succession and where is his from?)

site the next in line would be the "President pro tempore of the Senate".The president pro tempore presides over the Senate when the vice president is absent. By tradition the position is held by the senior member of the majority party.I am not sure if the list on this site provides the answer to your question or does it only gives a following list of power.

Well, since the answer will keep on changing, and you didn't mentioned " who would take the presidency "as of today?" I played it safe giving a link instead. Good question Mommyx2.
