Is it the John F Kennedy Memorial at Runnymede, Surrey, England?

I'm sure this memeorial is owned by the USA, yet maintained by the English National Trust.

I would love to give you a hint, but I can't. I can't because I wrote a bad question. I was wrong. The Roosevelt Campobello International Park is NOT run by the US Park Service, as I thought. The Roosevelt Campobello International Park is not a unit of the United States National Park Service or Parks Canada. It is administered by a joint U.S./Canadian Commission, funded equally by the two countries. All I can say is that I am sorry, and if I need to eat crow, please give it to Karrow to boil first. (Nothing bad OR good could live through that.)
