What is the connection between the famous piano piece transcribed for classical guitar called “Asturias” and the second wife of the current President of the French Republic?

Cécilia Ciganer-Albéniz was the second wife of French president Nicolas Sarkozy. She is also the great granddaughter of Isaac Albéniz, the composer of Asturias.
