We're off to Cahersiveen in County Kerry, Ireland at the weekend. We've rented a cottage there for 2 weeks. Rumour has it there are 52 pubs in town which should keep us busy for a couple of days at least. Does anyone have any recommendations for things to do, places to see etc in the area?
We are having beautiful weather after a disasterous start to the summer, so you should have a grand time. I know it's a cliche, but the Ring of Kerry is a beautiful area and you can rent a bike or a car and go exploring. Also visit Dingle with its great traditional music and fresh fish.
