Win XP Pro Custom built system with Athlon 1 Gig processor 640MB RAM 40 gig hd, two partitions, one win98, one XP pro IE 6 SP1 with all updates
When I try to go to "Tools" then "Internet Options" I get the the following message: This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.
I AM the system administrator, and cant figure why it isnt letting me open the Internet Options section so I can delete the temp files and so forth. Any ideas whats been done to this system?
