Make sure if you have a file sharing program (like Kazaa), it is closed. It may be trying to share the large file! Or you can make a DOS ( http://tinyurl.com/aj7j ) or linux ( http://tinyurl.com/aj6x ) boot disk, make your way to the file and delete it that way.
