OK, so I 've set up a network but there is this one pc that doesn't detect the others on the network, although itself does shows up on the other's network.

I've double checked to make sure that the network name is the same for all! What could be going on here?

Try waiting a few minutes - it may take as long as 15 minutes for the other computers to appear in Network Neighborhood.

Nope...didnt work. All I get is a small "Entire Network" icon in "network neighbourhood".

Oh yeah, the PC at hand is connected wirelessly to a "wireless" router and *can* access the Internet which is shared amongst several PC's.

I have attributed FIXED IP's to all machines.

What you will want to do is right click on network neighborhood, make sure all PC's say client for Microsoft.

Check your TCIP on all computers and make sure they all say the same thing. If any are different, delete the line.

Restart all computers.

Does each computer belong to the same Workgroup? Check that...

Also, what operating systems are the machines running? In some cases, XP Home Edition will not see XP Professional on a network and visa-versa.
