My PC won't come out of stand by mode. I have powered off and on several times but it won't start properly. I tried starting in Safe Mode (by hitting F8) but that did not work. The fan is running, the indicator light flashes once on the keyboard, then the monitor checks for input then goes into stand by.
How can I get it out of stand by?
Thanks.
