Is there any way to contact Symantec to change my email address? I renewed my Norton Anti-Virus today but didn't get a conformation message. I realized I didn't change my address with them when we got a new email system last year. I can't find anything on the website that covers this. It's not a very friendly website for those of us who are just mildly computer literate. Thanks.

Hi Cindycat, Click HERE fill in fields 1 and 2 click continue, on the next page click I need help with subscriptions, fill in the required fields on this page (using your new email address in the 3rd and 4th box) and in the Comments box explain that you have changed your email address from (insert your old email address) to the one above and you would like them to update their files accordingly. (or words to that effect) then click submit your question. That should do it.

Thanks. I could never get to that screen to fill in my info...I was being too honest. I have an old version and they don't support it on-line anymore. The link you gave me gave me a menu that included only the latest versions - so I just lied and said I have 2003. I sent them the messageand have already received an automated reply with a tracking number. Thanks again. C
