I have a Yamaha Clavinova w/midi connection to my PC. I'm running Win/Vista home basic on a new PC I purchased recently. It doesn't give me the option in the control panel to use my clavinova, only the speakers. My old PC gave me that option. I'm sure there must be a way to play midi files through my keyboard instead of just the speakers but I'm at a loss. If anyone out there can help I'd be ever so gratful.
