Go to
http://java.sun.com/javase/6/
and on the download page select Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 link ...3rd item down
On the next Screen (Secure access) choose the 2nd item down jre-6-windows-i586-iftw.exe which is 362K
If you are installing Java from scratch the 1st item Labelled jre-6-windows-i586.exe is to be chosen this file is 12.5 MB in size
