I have checked out my sytem and in the device manager it has a yellow exclamation point under storage device, USB_CD ROM. What does this mean? I noticed this initially when I installed my digital camera. So I tried to update driver and let it search for it and it's giving me some code (10) Saying it's not working properly or some of the drivers are not installed. Does anyone know what this means?

Code 10 is "device failed to start", so you should verify it's correctly plugged in. Do you have a USB CD-ROM drive, or has Windows misidentified a device?
Any software or drivers which appear in Add/Remove Programs can be uninstalled (after unplugging the associated device), then reinstalled following the manufacturer's instructions. For some software, whether the device is or is not plugged in during installation is significant.
I have a usb port in front of the computer as well as in back, is that what it's talking about? I have my cd burner as well as a hub. There is a dvd player also. But I can play cd's as well and nothing is giving me trouble, everthing is working fine.
